We strive to ensure that our students have a smooth learning experience. However, if for any reason a student chooses to discontinue their course, we have established the following refund policy to facilitate the process.
1. Refund Upon Withdrawal:
- Before the Course Starts or Within 7 Days: Students who withdraw before the course begins or within 7 days of joining will be eligible for a refund after a deduction of 50% of Course Fees-, along with applicable GST, payment gateway charges, and courier charges.
- Within 15 Days of Joining: For students who choose to withdraw within 15 days of joining, a refund will be processed after a deduction of 70%, along with applicable GST, payment gateway charges, and courier charges.
- After 15 Days: No refund will be provided after 15 days of course commencement under any circumstances.
2. Submission of Refund Request:
- To process a refund request, students must submit the original fee receiptalong with all study materials (including test papers and mocks).
- Refund requests can only be made by the student or their parent/guardian in person. We will not accept refund requests from any third party, such as relatives or friends.
3. Processing Time:
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 15 business days after receiving the completed application. Antyodaya Law will not be held responsible if the refund does not reach the intended account due to incorrect details provided.
4. Non-Refundable Packages:
- No refunds will be provided for study material and test series packages.
5. Disciplinary Actions:
- In the event a student engages in any non-disciplinary activities or causesdisruptions during classes, the student’s enrollment may be terminated withoutprior notice, and no refund will be issued.
- Should a parent or guardian behave inappropriately towards any staff member, their ward may be removed from the institute, and no refund claim will be entertained.
6. Changes to Course Schedule:
- Antyodaya Law reserves the right to modify course schedules, includingtimings, venues, and days, as necessary. Such changes will be communicatedto students, and no refunds will be issued on account of these adjustments.
7. Legal Matters:
- Any disputes or legal matters related to fee refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) only.
8. Arbitration Clause:
- In the event of a dispute regarding the terms of this refund policy, the matter will be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Director of Antyodaya Law. Arbitration proceedings will take place in Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), and the decision of the Arbitrator will be binding on all parties involved.
9. Communication and Responsibility:
- It is mandatory for students to provide a valid email ID and mobile number forall communications. Antyodaya Law will not be held responsible for anycommunication lapses if the student fails to provide accurate contactinformation at the time of admission.
10. Special Circumstances:
- Refunds in exceptional cases may be considered on a case-by-case basis with the approval of Antyodaya Law management. However, the admission fee and any government taxes will not be refunded. Refunds, if granted, will not exceed 50% of the total fee paid, excluding admission fees and taxes.
