Samvidhi Classes is registered as LLP under Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. This initiative is led by the alumni of NLUs, who truly understand the need of imparting legal education at an accessible fee. This endeavor will cater to the holistic need of students from every strata of the society and try to reach the last section of the society so that a generation of young and dynamic legal minds can present themselves in the service of humanity and nation building.
People who have inked this idea are alumni of different National Law Universities spanning across the nation which encompasses alumni of the oldest NLSIU to the newest NLU Tripura. Many of them are currently serving the legal fraternity in different capacities as attorneys of High Court and Apex Court, Partners of renowned law firms, Professors of Law, Legal Scholars, Legal Research Assistant at Supreme Court and many other notable figures of the legal fraternity.
The vision of the institution is to create legal luminaries who can contribute for the growth and development of the society. It is driven by the motto “Har Ghar Vakil” (a lawyer in every home) and “Har Ghar Samvidhan” (a constitution in every home). As the institution it aims to mentor the aspirants from the lower strata of society, this will help us to raise a legal mind who understands the ground reality of what reforms are needed in society and can put effort into implementing such reforms.
India is known as the country of villages but hardly there are any students who from such villages reach NLUs or any top reputed law universities. They are deprived of a noble profession either because of lack of awareness or because of exorbitant coaching fees. This institution aims to make law education accessible even to such students so that they can reach NLUs. It aims to:
